The Whole World Laughing is a duo that Dave Cantwell and Scotty Irving started in 2004. We were never terribly prolific or active, but we did manage to write, perform, and record these eight songs here. We've played fewer than twenty shows and are sort of on indefinite hiatus for now, as we are both pretty "busy with other projects," as they say.
